Brassocatanthe Sun Mei Gold is a compact hybrid of Brassavola, Cattleya and Guarianthe. Its star-shaped, golden-yellow flowers are generously speckled with red and softly fragrant. A bright, forgiving orchid: give it plenty of light and let the mix dry out between waterings.

Bright light, intermediate conditions, medium humidity, watering spaced out, letting the mix dry in between. Standard-sized, it is grown potted and suits beginners. Its flowers are fragrant.
