This cross between Cattleya Hsinying Little Mary and Cattleya cernua gives a creeping miniature, happier mounted on a plaque than potted. Cattleya cernua, the Brazilian species behind it, carries tight clusters of small orange to brick-red flowers — an uncommon colour among Cattleyas of this size. Sold young, mounted on cork with sphagnum: water often, as a mount dries quickly.
