Huernia zebrina is a highly sought-after botanical succulent, famous for its spectacular and unusual flowering. It produces a creamy yellow star-shaped flower, strongly marked with dark red stripes, at the centre of which develops a thick, glossy red ring, giving it an almost varnished, strikingly graphic look. The plant forms fleshy, greyish-green stems, slightly angular, and stays compact.
Compact and grown potted, it suits beginners. It wants bright light, warm conditions, low humidity and watering spaced out, letting the mix dry in between.
