Pinguicula moranensis is a fascinating carnivorous plant native to Mexico and Central America. It stands out for its fleshy, glossy leaves covered in tiny sticky glands that capture small insects, providing the nutrients it needs to thrive in poor soils. It also offers a lovely bloom, with delicate purple or pink flowers.
Compact and grown potted, it asks for a little experience. It wants bright light, intermediate conditions, high humidity and a mix kept evenly moist.
